The short version

ShaderLabs is a waitlist right now. The only thing we collect is your email address, and we only use it to let you know when we launch. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything else. You can remove yourself at any time.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• Your email address, so we can contact you about the launch
• The date and time you signed up

That's it. We don't collect your name, location, device info, or anything else unless you voluntarily give it to us later.

Why we collect it

Only to send you a launch notification and occasional updates about ShaderLabs. We'll ask for your confirmation in a separate email first — you won't receive anything until you click that link.

Who we share it with

We use Resend to manage our email list and send emails. Your email address is stored on their servers. Resend is GDPR-compliant and does not use your data for their own purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email with any other third party, ever.

Cookies

We use one cookie — to remember whether you've seen and responded to the cookie consent banner. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking or advertising. No analytics cookies are set at this stage.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we'll remove it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email we send
• Ask us to delete your data by emailing us (see below)
• Ask what we hold about you — we'll reply within 30 days

If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
